How much do I pay for admission?
Entry to the Drents Museum is € 12,00 for adults. When exhibition changes are taking place, admission for adults is € 8,00. Entry for children up to 18 years old is free. Find an overview of all admission fees here

What are the museum's opening hours?
The Drents Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm. During (school) holidays the museum is open on Monday as well. The museum is closed on the following days: New Year's Day (1 January), King's Day (27 April) and Christmas Day (25 December). Where is the Drents Museum located?

Where can I store my luggage during my museum visit?
Umbrellas and bags sized bigger than A4 are not allowed in the exhibition rooms. You can store your possession in lockers, located near the cloakroom, free of charge.

Is there a café in the museum?
Grand Café Krul is located at the centre of the old museum section. You can enjoy a cup of coffee with cake, but you can order salads, sandwiches and snacks as well. The café's culinary team always strives to cook with eco-friendly and local products. The café and the museum are open simultaneously: Tuesday to Sunday between 11am and 5pm.

Is there a shop in the Drents Museum?
Yes, there is. You can find our beautiful Museum Shop in the museum building. The shop has an extensive range of products: extraordinary gifts, exclusive design objects, fun souvenirs and special books. The Museum Shop and the Drents Museum have the same opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday between 11am and 5 pm.

What exhibitions are on display at the moment?
At the moment you can admire among others our major exhibition Peredvizhniki - Russian Realism and Repin 1870-1900, which is on display until 2 April 2017. A selection of works from our own collection is on display continuously.

Am I allowed to take photographs in the museum?
Yes, you are. As long as you do not use a flash or a tripod, we are fine with you photographing our museum and its exhibitions, even more so if you share your pictures with us via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
