Registered assistance or guide dogs are welcome in the museum, other pets are not.

Bar Brasserie Pingo can be found in the heart of the old museum section. Pingo's opening hours are the same as the museum, from Tuesday to Sunday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Here you can drink coffee and eat cake, however meal salads, sandwiches and appetizers are also on the menu.

Umbrellas and bags larger than A4 size are not allowed into the exhibition rooms. You can store your belongings in the free lockers (insert 1 euro coin and recieve it back afterwards, or ask for the special coins at the information desk) at the cloakroom.

The Drents Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. During holidays and school breaks, the museum is also open on Mondays. The museum is closed on the following days: New Year's Day (January 1), King's Day (April 27) and Christmas day (December 25).
